After a month of nominations and extensive review for awards in three categories, we are excited to announce the winners here today.

Jerry has provided groundbreaking profit maximization processes (ParkROI and IPS Income-Per-Space) as well as parking rate strategies (RateConnect).

Jerry advocates for integrating technology into parking operations. He leads a team that accelerates online sales, reservations, and mobile payments for Citizens companies. Mr. Skillett has paved the way for the fastest growing revenue segment in the company thanks to his forward thinking and innovative business practices.

About Vincent:

Mr. Raguseo is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at SP+ Corporation. He led marketing teams at other companies in other top industries including AT&T, Toys R Us, and Partsearch Technologies. Today, he applies these experiences to the parking industry.

Vincent focuses on driving growth at SP+ through digital marketing strategies including the integration of online and mobile reservations into the company’s operations. His leadership positions have demonstrated his ability to manage highly-effective marketing organizations.

Chris DeChillo: ParkingExec Rising Star

About Chris:

Chris is currently a District Manager for Towne Park. He oversees half the hospitality, commercial, and restaurant locations throughout Denver. When Mr. DeChillo started at Towne Park, the company’s tech and service enhancements were still in their infancy.

Even in the early stages of his career, Chris advocates for technology’s role in the parking industry. He enjoys thinking of new ways that technology and parking aggregators can help yield inventory, increase valet efficiency, and provide better service to Towne Park customers.

About the Rising Star Award: The Rising Star Award celebrates an individual who is new to the parking industry but who already shows a passion for innovative business strategies and technology. Even early in his or her career, this individual is already promoting positive transformation within his or her company.
